These are the staff who make sure that passengers have a good, comfortable time during the flight. They bring drinks and food, and will bring blankets if you feel cold. Even on very long flights they serve passengers with little sleep.
Before take-off or landing they go around checking to make sure that everyone's seat belts are fastened properly.
